Pilot Guard is a local Windows application for businesses that reviews invoices and supplier documents, automatically sorts incoming files, and flags possible price, quantity, fee, credit-note and other financial discrepancies. It can also bundle supporting documents and prepare a complaint draft for manual review. The current build is a release candidate and is being tested for usability, onboarding and real-world workflow fit.
What to test
Focus on
- Is the installation and first start understandable?
- Import the included synthetic invoice and supplier documents.
- Check whether Smart Sort and document classification feel clear and useful.
- Review the detected price, quantity and financial discrepancies.
- Try the evidence package / complaint draft workflow.
- Tell us where the interface is confusing or where you expected something different.

- Confidential or real company documents yet.
- Pilot Guard is currently a Release Candidate for testing only.
Known limitations
- OCR can occasionally misread individual IDs on poor scans.
- Financial findings must always be reviewed by a human before any action is taken.
